Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali, you will be greeted by our local representative who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel in Kuta. - 30 days or more before departure: 25% of the package cost is charged.
- Within 15 days of departure, or no-show: no refund.
- Flights and hotels follow the airline's and hotel's own cancellation rules.
- Eligible refunds are processed within 45 working days.
